Instructions for Oral Presenters

Speakers in the morning sessions are requested to upload their presentations to the conference computer in the Stephen Hawking Auditorium (MS Windows only) at least 30 minutes before the session starts. Speakers in the afternoon sessions are requested to upload their presentations to the conference computers at the latest on the day of the session during the morning coffee break or between 12:15pm and 1:15pm. Earlier submission, even the day before, is encouraged. Session chairs and their assistants assigned by the IWNDT LOC will be available for assistance if you encounter any problem uploading your files. Speakers are encouraged to “test” the presentation by scrolling through the slides on the conference computer at the time of upload. We assume your consent to post your talks on the IWNDT webpage unless you specifically notify the session chair not to do so. The length of talks should be 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion for the 25-minute talks.
